The Durham County Individual Championships are decided on league results. The winners for the 2021-22 season are:

Alan Sayers Trophy (County Champion) – Graeme Oswald (Durham City)

Robin Horner Trophy (Under-1950 Champion) – Ned Carmichael (Durham University)

Terry Holmes Trophy (Under-1750 Champion) – Jonathan Sams (Darlington)

William Bentley Trophy (Under-1600 Champion) – Christopher Sayers (South Shields)

Congratulations to David Eggleston of Durham on his notable success in the British Championship in Torquay. Although rated only 19th out of the 60 competitors, David finished equal 3rd with 6½/9, behind only the surprise winner Harry Grieve (7½) and Nicholas Pert (7).
